All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Conditions for refund
- No refund provided if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Items must be in original condition and with original packaging
- For hygienic and health reasons earrings cannot be returned unless received damaged
- If item is damaged on arrival, a photo of the specific damaged item must be sent to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery
Refunds will be provided only to the original purchaser and refunded to the original form of payment.
